This project is aimed at showing girls and young women that they can have a career in the music industry! After reading industry reports and talking to women about thier experiences, it was clear to me that something needed to be done, so I created this project!

Meet Our Founder

Rhianna Taylor-Birch

Hello! My name is Rhianna, and I am the founder of 'Women Shape Music'. I am extremely passionate about the transformative nature of music, and believe that access to it should be as widespread as possible. I am also passionate about inspiring girls and young women to achieve great things. This project is a culmination of hard work and determination, and I am so proud of what it has been able to achieve so far! Please use this digital resource as much as possible, and share it with everyone you know! The wider we can reach the project, the more impact it will have.
